Great EP of Goth covers done Diane Birch style!

This is another fantastic release from Diane Birch, this time backed by Brooklyn's Phenomenal Handclap Band. She covers (in order) Sisters of Mercy, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Echo and the Bunnymen, Joy Division, the Cure, This Mortal Coil and Peter Murphy. And the picture of Diane at age 16 on the cover is a sight to behold! Can't wait for the next album of originals. What a treat!

I've been a fan for 2 years, seen her live twice. I don't buy music a lot, but I'll always support Diane!!

See her live, her voice is so pure.

Incredible reworkings!

All I can say is WOW! Diane Birch stuns again with an awesome set of covers of her favorite songs from her teenage years. Her voice sounds better than ever and the Phenominal Handclap Band is extremely solid and supportive. They really bring the album to another level.

Highly recommend this EP! Great job Diane and everyone else who contributed to this album!

Her musical influences proved to be as diverse as her upbringing, and the Suzuki-trained pianist eventually moved to Los Angeles, where she began distilling her love for Motown,...
