Re: "To Green Day's Fan Base:"

It is unfair to say that all of Green Day's fans are mindless and ignorant about music. They have plenty of fans who are intelligent and like them based on the merit of their music. Green Day is my favorite band; therefore, I am offended by your accusations. Plus, saying that people don't deserve to listen to music is pretentious and hateful. Both Green Day and The Beatles are tremendous bands, and it shouldn't matter which one is "better". It is all about the music and how it makes you feel.

Maybe people shouldn't write reviews when they obviously have woken up on the wrong side of the bed! Do me a favor and show some compassion for others by respecting their opinions, no matter how many grammatical errors there are in their review.

As for this EP... Green Day is amazing live. I got the chance to see them over the summer, and it was so great. They are talented performers as well as musicians. I can proudly say that I love Green Day!

got the chance to meet them before there show in new york at msg, greatest guys ever! amazing live! a must buy!

Good Band Live

I got the honor of seeing their show at MSG on 7/27 in NYC. It was a very rockin, music-filled, and visually pleasing show. They performed many of their new and old songs, each one very well done. This EP is like going to a concert. Buy this and you'll have front row seats to 21st Century Breakdown!

At their core, Green Day were simply punk revivalists who recharged the energy of speedy, catchy three-chord punk-pop songs. Though their music wasn't particularly innovative, they brought the sound of late-'70s punk to a new, younger generation with Dookie, their 1994 major-label debut. Dookie sold over ten million copies, paving the way for a string of multi-platinum...
