Un petit chef-douevre

If The Dresden Dolls ever needed a foil, this CD is the complement that gives Amanda Palmer a good run for her money. Though the tracks are purely in French, the tone is enough to speak for itself. Amelie's voice is light and seductive, encompassing the stereotypical romanticism of Europe. "Mon Docteur" is enough to make any idealist swoon, and the rest of the piano work is whole other masterpiece.

En tombant a l'amour avec le Tour d'Eifel.

If you're in the mood to hear a sexy French girl sing over some low-key instrumentation, this one's for you. Nice, old-school chill out music. Will make you feel like you're living in a Brassai photo.

I think that this artist's voice is somewhere between those of Edith Piaf and Natalie Cole. The elegance of the music and the artist's voice is amazingly harmonious. A must have!
