i was very surprised!

man the futureheads r really good but their best song is ''decent days and nights'' grat song!

Surprise of the year

This is just alive! I haven't heard such angular pop since early XTC. Catchy. Drunken. Mechanical. Really interesting arrangements. The guitar is like a great prizefighter, constantly jabbing the songs, prodding them into unexpected directions. Also reminds me of Candy O-era The Cars. Early Devo. Beck Midnight Vultures, for some reason. I haven't been this excited about an album in a long time. Decent Days and Nights is almost perfect. ALMS is great. Meantime. The Garage. They all wind around my brain. I crave to hear this album. Play it loud.
