This is my first time hearing the CD, I only bought Le Onde for now, but I'm highly probably to return and purchase the entire album. very soothing


This album is amazing, truly amazing. Do yourself a favor and buy Le Onde, or at the very least the song. I first heard Le Onde (the song) at the 2008 BAFTAs as the music for the In Memoriam, and let me tell you, it could not have been more gorgeous, more moving, more perfect. Simply breathtaking. "Just Sending Up A Prayer Of Thanks...." We will always love you Heath.

Pianist and composer Ludovico Einaudi was born in Turin, November 23, 1955. His mother, also a pianist, would play for him as a young child, planting the seeds for what would become a fruitful, illustrious career. Einaudi studied under Luciano Berio at the Conservatory of Milan, graduating with a diploma in composition. In 1982 his talents would win him a scholarship to the Tanglewood Music Festival.
