I’ve been waiting for months!

It was the music that kept me watching this show. There were moments where the score was so perfect that these scenes were breathtaking. And all of those little themes are on this album: the quiet stuff, the piano solos, and that gorgeous theme that is “Dona Nobis Pacem.”

The show also used some other Max Richter pre-existing pieces. If you’re looking for those, start with “November” and then sort through some of his most popular downloads. There’s a ton of material there and it’s all gold.

Finally!!!

One of the most addictive and gritty shows I’ve watched in quite some time, with an amazing soundtrack to boot. I’d been regularly asking the composer on Twitter about this, with no answer. Now I have one! Great music, especially with the weather being so dark and rainy in California today.

Incredible.

This show wouldn’t be nearly as engrossing or powerful without this magnificent composer’s soundtrack. I have been getting by with Max Richter’s ‘Memoryhouse’ for the past few months, which I also highly recommend, and carries a lot of the same themes as the show’s score. Well worth it.

Genre: Classical

Years Active: '90s, '00s, '10s

Born in Germany in the mid-'60s, Richter and his family moved to the U.K. when he was still a little boy; by his early teens, he was listening to the canon of classical music,...
