no more lip service

How long is it going to take before rap/hip-hop musicians figure out that we are not appreciative of the first 40 seconds of a song being composed of useless, unoriginal, dialogue before every song begins? Do they really think they are doing something that is innovative or even appealing when they put that crap in our face? It's not music, it's not charming, and it is extremely boring. We are here for music (fat beats, good lyrics, sweet breaks), not to hear these chumps brag for about 30 seconds at the beginning of each song. I would pay twice as much per album NOT to hear these fools talk about themselves before every song. I'm not interested in these fools as much as I want good music. Make us love your music and lyrics and stop making us listen to you fools uselessly flappin' your lip for 30 seconds before (or after) each song. I specifically don't buy music that is prefaced by some fool flappin' his or her lip. There are some good songs that I don't buy because I don't want to hear some idiot talking about something that I don't give a d**m about. I'm looking for music, not lip service.

Formed: Detroit, MI

Genre: Hip-Hop/Rap

Years Active: '90s

DMW released a number of LPs throughout the '90s, averaging around one release every year. Bryant Records...
