iTunes Review

When Beyoncé’s voice cracks with sorrow on “Sandcastles,” it shows that pop’s most celebrated independent woman isn’t immune to pain. Lemonade uses those emotions and an incendiary narrative about infidelity as jumping-off points; “Hold Up,” “Don’t Hurt Yourself,” and “Sorry” are middle-fingered clap-backs to galvanize the BeyHive. But focus solely on Becky and you’ll miss the big picture. With “Freedom” and “Formation,” Beyoncé offers fierce celebrations of blackness. The accompanying film combines words by Somali-British poet Warsan Shire with radical imagery, reaffirming Bey's stature as one of the most visionary artists and provocateurs of her generation.

Lemonade shouldn't been called half and half with all the TEA

Love ittttt ! I'm was and still am not a Beyoncé fan at all but this made me see her on a REAL level. REALITY. I loved this whole album like from start to finish, I feel she put her soul into this and I was happy to see her vulnerable. I feel I could relate to her so much as a woman through these songs. Women around the world go through the same thing with men and "we" women are steady tearing each other down when that shouldn't be the case. And if you are any type of side have some respect for yourself and the next woman to leave a man that's involved with someone else alone. Karma ain't nothing to play with. Don't be looked at as trash instead of a woman with class to have standards to pass up someone regardless of how "single" he claims to be.

Best of 2016

This is probably one of if not the best album of 2016. I love this raw unfiltered Beyoncé. I'm here for the topics she touches upon and the issues she's bringing to light. Beyoncé has come a long way since Dangerously in Love and B'day.
