This Album is original

I believe Jack Jezzro has done a great job here on this album. I play the guitar for over 25 years and I know by expirience how hard is to learn a musical piece; but to converted in an original expresion with a fresh, delicious sound, that's really hard to do. I think the work on the song: "Michelle" is just another way to show the beauty of this song, no matter the style, just the heart in the playing. The Beatles were anti-jazz, as John Lennon said it once, but on this album, the guitarrist is trying to make a remark on the quality of the song and its harmony, bringing something new to us. It's not a rock and roll album, it's an album about The Beatles' music in another dimension. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, It's history for your ears. Listen, please notice how great this album is. God bless you all there.

Good traditional jazz guitar improvisation on Michelle. You'll like the whole track. Must understand jazz though, not be a faux music critic.

Same old tired McCartney domination of tunes

As a jazz guitarist myself, I can't help to wonder if these cover artists ever realize they're stuck in the Möbius strip of covering the same old, tired repetitive McCartney archives of banal ballads, virtually ignoring the VAST plethora of gorgeous melodies written by John Lennon, or tunes that featured a true collaboration of Lennon/McCartney where the melodic structure was 50-50 or even Harrison?
On this LP, only If I Fell and In My Life represent Lennon or mostly Lennon's composing while the unimaginative "go to” predictable standards of Yesterday, Michelle and Here There &Nowhere etc. are recorded ad nauseam by everyone including Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Lets come up with something FRESH, “something new” (as in the Title of the old Beatles capitol LP)....why can't artists cover brilliantly melodic tunes like GIRL, Goodnight, I'll Be Back (which Wes Montgomery covered), Norwegian Wood, Julia, Happiness is a Warm Gun, No Reply, Not A Second Time, Benefit of Mr. Kite, Lucy in the Sky, A Day in the Life, Because, Nowhere Man, Glass Onion and so many other stunning Lennon melodies? There was far more in the Beatles vast catalog besides Yesterday, Michelle, Let it Be, And I Lover and the rest of the McCartney schmaltz that literally smothers 9 out of 10 Beatles cover sessions. Its as bad as the radio only recycling the same dozen hits 24 hours a day instead of the vast library of great tracks ignored by the corporate media CEOs and their robotic playlists.
At least Al Di Meola had the artistic integrity to cover those "other" Beatles tunes like I Am the Walrus or Strawberry Fields.....bravo for Al & Wes.
