Dutch Band Can Play!

Kane is a Dutch band that has been very popular in Europe and hopefully will take off in the US now that they are on Itunes. Rain Down On Me is the catchiest of the songs and a good introduction to the band, but most of their songs are of strong musicianship and great lyrics. They can rock (Can You Handle Me Baby, Hold on to the World), sound romantic (My Best Wasn't Good Enough, Let It Be), or deep and mysterious (Our Hearts Will Beat as One.) This album is a collection of songs from several different albums released in Europe, but many of the band's best are missing from this collection. Watch for newer releases from Kane.

Amazing Album (+ iTunes Mess Up)

Ok I admit I originally bought it for the Tiesto remix, but boy was I in for a suprise! I decided to let it play and every song was a hit to me. I fell In love with the band and with Rock done like this.

BONUS: If you let the Tiesto Remix play, It ends at its original point of 7:00 minutes, then silence, then at 10:00 starts "What If". I don't know if this is an extra long version or not (every other version I have heard this song is shorter), But this one is 9 minutes and 52 Seconds and plays to the end of the whole 19:58. iTunes must have forgot to separate the song, but it was a nice addition.

Formed in The Hague, Netherlands in 1998, Kane released their first single, "Where Do I Go Now," in August of 1999. The single broke through to the Top 30 on the Dutch charts, and Kane's successful streak of hit singles...
