Album Review

The well-known title track is included here twice (in English and German versions), and the rest of the album, also split down the middle between English and German lyrics, is rounded out by lightweight new wave pop confections like "?" and "Hangin' on You." Although the record's dated production is clearly a souvenir of the early '80s, Nena's bouncy synth pop is likable just the same.

99 Red Balloons...

Ok, this is great that we can get the German version of this song but the english version is *NOT* the original from the video and the one that got air play on the radio. Not sure why they would remix it but sadly it's the only english version on iTunes. I've been wanting the German version of the song so I lucked out...but for those looking for the original english version you have to keep on looking.

Dieses Album ist eines der besser ausländischen Alben von der Zeit. Ich besonders recomend das Deutsch mit der amerikanisch Version die beiden Schlägelieder 99 luftballons, die es ziemlich schick ist,. ach und vergisst nicht zu ist die Liedzahl 2 wirklich ein Fragezeichen?
