12 Songs, 50 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

With a baby-face and a shoulder-length bobbed haircut, young Jonny Lang didn't look like he had reason to sing the blues. But when he opened his mouth, or played his trusty Telecaster, he sure sounded like he felt something sad down deep inside. When his R&B-tinged album Lie to Me was released in 1997 Lang was only 15, but he sang as if seeing through the eyes of a Delta bluesman, and his playing had the feel of a seasoned Texas slasher. Key tracks: "Good Morning Little School Girl," "Missing Your Love," "Lie to Me"

Love the sound!

Have been listening to Jonny Lang sings/music for several years now. Just saw him Columbus, Ohio last night and his voice live was spot-on amazing. I am a fan for life and hope anyone reading this soon comes to appreciate his talent, drive, and passion for his music!
