Mediocre at best.

It sounds like some electronic mash up of Depeche Mode, Bauhaus and Bowie, sloshed around well with some Pabst, sprinkled with a snobbish dance-ability and vomited up by a hipster. Which is all well and good I suppose but it's not something that I haven't heard before. On the bright side, the local goth bar will be stoked to have a few new tracks to add to their redundant playlist.

Delorean remix is the only good thing on here. Dude on the cover looks like he needs a good punch in the face.

Cold Cave's collage of darkwave, noise, and synth pop is the project of Wes Eisold, formerly the singer for hardcore bands Some Girls and Give Up the Ghost and also of the more electronically inclined XO Skeletons and Ye Olde Maids. Eisold began moving away from hardcore in an attempt to make music entirely by himself; unable to play guitar, he began playing with vintage synths and effects pedals, crafting songs that ranged from harsh to romantic (often within the same track).
