Customer Reviews

WOW, this is all you need my blues friends!

Malford Milligan, the greatest blues vocalist alive today and Greg Koch, one of the best guitarists alive today come together for some loaded, gut-bucket blues! This blues album gives you both blistering vocals and fabulous guitar work together (all other blues albums only give you one of the two)! If you ever get a chance to see them live DO IT! In the mean time this album will do.

Extraordinary guitar work

Greg Koch keeps getting better and I did not think that was possible. One would never know that he is throttling a Telecaster. He plays with extreme confidence is growing into a super fine player.

Your Lucky Day!!

If you're unfamiliar with Greg Koch and just stumbled onto this album this is indeed your lucky day. Live On the Radio IS the best Blues/Rock recording I've heard in a long time. Standing On Shakey Ground and Going Down are the highlights, but I doubt you'll be skipping any of the songs. This is somewhat of a little Super Group - Malford Milligan from Storyville fame, Roscoe Beck, session bassist deluxe ( one of the best I've heard), Tom Brectlein, great Jazz drummer with chops and The Man himself, Greg Koch. Definitely one of the genre's heavyweights. Buy this album - you won't be disappointed!
