Customer Reviews

To me it seems after reading reviews of this album that people misunderstand what the purpose Muse has in releasing Live albums. Muse is creating a live atmosphere for the listener; you can feel apart of the audience by listening to their live albums, this one with no exception. I see the view of others, and respect and understand what they were hoping for in an album like this, wanting to really just hear the music, leave out the audience, and that I like as well, but for that, you can just listen to the studio albums. You won’t get better quality than that. Listening to Muse live is all about the atmosphere created by how they play, and how well they play, and how unique they sound.
So, I understand, and can sympathize with both sides, but I feel this album is the best live one I’ve heard them produce. I feel like I’m there, literally. I can hear everyone around me, and can hear the amazing sound. If you don’t like the sound, then stick to the studio albums. Period. Don’t bother with this.

Muse... that's all!!!

Is Muse ... the best band in the world ... what else can we expect, perfection?

Muse never fails to entertain

First of all, can I just say how happy I am that we finally get an official recording of Knights of Cydonia that includes the awesome Man With A Harmonica intro? I was excited for that more than anything else on this album. The rest of it is great too though. It only includes about half the songs that were played at that concert, so some fans may not be entirely happy with the selection (I personally wish Plug In Baby was included), but the stuff that is there is really good.
