GREAT Live Album

I Saw Black Qak At CAL JAM #1 13 months earlyer and had to see them again in May of 1975 on Mothers Day when this album was recorded. It was a GREAT concert and the record sounds really good. Black Oak will always be on my IPOD.

Live Mutha!

Forget this, where's Raunch n Roll live? Only the greatest live album of all times.

Top notch

While "Raunch N' Roll-Live" may have topped this effort slightly in pure raw energy, there is no doubt that the Dandy's front-man chops are better developed and finely honed by this time, not to mention the quality of the lead guitar playing. Not that it was bad before, but Jimmy Henderson's more advanced technique elevated the triple axe attack to the next level. Black Oak was always a phenomenal live band and I give this album 5 stars because most of the tracks are superior to the studio versions (which is almost never the case with other bands).
