a variety of gems
This album has so much variety of timbres, voices and textures. I must say that I love the authentic feel of this album. It sounds like you are at a Palestinian party, not a fancy recording studio. I think this is a must have for folks that love world music. Also appealing is to preserve the songs in human memory and stop them from becoming truly the "Lost Songs of Palestine".
