Tuff Darts were a heavy presence on the same CBGB scene that gave us Blondie, Talking Heads, The Ramones, et al, but the band somehow left a lesser footprint. “All for the Love of Rock ’n’ Roll” is a glammy, shoulda-been-a-hit monster that echoed off walls of that hallowed New York club way back in 1976, and the song’s as musically big as it could ever be on this 1978 debut. This is ROCK and great rock at that. Not for punk diehards

I LOVE this album. I bought it when I was 14 years old. I hate punk, I hate fast thrash metal, I hate all that stuff. This album is NOT punk if you ask me. It's pure rock and roll and it is SOOOO good. Maybe the lyrics are punkish but the music is just good melodic guitar riffs and the performances are of a tight rock band that knows how to write good music. Don't shy away from it because you think it's punk. Embrace it if you love good rock and roll.

Great Album!!!

If you like 80's punk/new wave you must get this album! Bob Butani rocks on the base. Don't miss this one.

Playing tough-minded rock with pop hooks, hard rock riffs, and more than a little retro style, Tuff Darts first began making a noise on the New York club scene in the early '70s,...
