Album Review

A budget-priced CD of Tommy Edwards hits featuring ten of the velvet crooner's memorable easy listening recordings, including "It's All in the Game." Edwards cracked the pop Top 20 twice with the Charles Dawes/Carl Sigman composition, once in 1951 at number 18 and again in 1958 when he aced Billboard with an updated arrangement.

The Best of Tommy Edwards

Content very poor quality. Music downloaded sounded as though it was taken from a bad qualilty phonograph record. Pops and scratches galore, as well as in monorial. Don't bother. Tommy Edwards, has great songs, too bad Itunes had to ruin it.

Not the Best of Tommy Edwards

I'll make this short and sweet. Just find "It's All In The Game" The Complete Hits of Tommy Edwards. It's the original hits from the original masters. Its the MOST AWESOME album you'lll ever need of Tommy Edwards.

The '58 version is the one with which most people are familiar. The album review claims that the version on this album is the 1951 version. That is incorrect. ITunes has the '51 version on the album "We Loved You Madly--Chapter 11".

Nearly seven years later, a song that Edwards originally recorded in 1951 became his biggest hit and an R&B and pop staple. "It's All in the Game" was issued on MGM in a...
