Josh Kaufman is a soulful vocalist with a bent toward earthy, R&B-influenced pop. A regular on the Indianapolis music scene, Kaufman is best known for winning the sixth season of NBC's vocal competition The Voice. A native of Florida, Kaufman began performing in his youth and by age six was playing piano at his church.
