2nd Album of a Superb Trifecta

Between her 1st (Suzanne Vega & Days of Open Hand), with Solitude Vega lyrically draws so many visions of New York life. Yet with her backing band, she takes you musically to a place of zero gravity. The songs simply do not fail. Every single track takes you somewhere different and you find yourself asking, “What the hell just happened?” And you play it again & again. Just GET this recording along with her other recordings. One of her earlier titles, Some Journey (1st album) perfectly describes Suzanne Vega’s music & lyrics. It’s a fun trip.

Where have I been to have never heard this girls beautiful voice and fantastic music?!!! Absolutely awesome!

Striking gems.

I was born in the 90's outside the states so I've never heard of Suzzane Vega before. But when I came across this album in iTunes Radio I was instantly stunned. Tunes are unique and soothing. Need more time to think over the lyrics. Bought another album. Loving it!
