a good place to start...

RED LIGHT by the slackers may be the best album to start your new music library. nyc had a baby with jamaica & the slackers were born. the horns. the keys. the rocksteady beat. vic's voice. if mary mary doesnt get you moving, you have no soul. this music is in my head all day and that keeps me ear to ear, bopping to a beat that nobody knows. so, today, i will let you in on my secret. the slackers are where its at.

great music for great memories :)

This album is filled with so many great sounds and moves. This was one of my first Ska Cds i owned and every song has a great memory attached. It starts out with a good dancing vibe, enough to make my grandma want to move! Its pure good ol' fashioned ska at its best! this is a must have for all Ska lovers!

top 5 albums of all time

I listen to a huge variety of music, and I've got to say this is one of the top 5 albums of all genres of all time! beautiful music! great great album a must have even if you dont typically buy ska reggae or rocksteady stuff!
