An Inspired Work

Beautifully composed, exquisite lyrics, eclectic, funny, dramatic, thought-provoking... All that and much more is what embodies A Grounding In Numbers, a truly remarkable new achievement by Van der Graaf Generator. These guys in their early sixties sound far more inspired, witty and fresh than the vast majority of music being produced today. Every single lyric is perfectly in tune with the music, every single note is carefully crafted. Without doubt an exceptional record.

Amazing

This album is absolutely amazing. Songs like "Highly Strung", "Embarrassing Kid", and "All Over the Place" are progressive rock at it's best, not to mention that they are ridiculously funny.

Incredible

This is the best album so far by the reformed Van Der Graaf.
