Of these ten Christmas songs, some are old, some are new, and one is by Travis ("How Do I Wrap My Heart for Christmas," written with Paul Overstreet). "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" is outstanding.

A Real Country Christmas

The album has become part of my Christmas every year. This is some of Randy Travis's best work.

Characteristic Christmas

This album represents, to me, the ideal of what Christmases were like growing up. The sound quality is great. His version of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" remains my favorite rendition. Other tracks like "Pretty Paper," and "White Christmas Makes Me Blue" are less traditional, but, still appreciated because of the fabulous job that Travis did recording them.

Great Song!

Lots of memories with this albulm. Singing with my daddy in the truck on the way to my aunt's house twice a week. I love these songs! Great Traditions will last a lifetime!
