Still buy this album

This album gave me hope. With their first EP I thought " hell yeah, mars volta like they should have continued after deloused." Then I see you can pre order this album, so hell yeah im going to preorder this." You get the three songs that are killer, I mean rock your socks off. Then when the album releases 10 days earlier I thought this is my lucky day. You listen to the album and think "Wow, I could have been cool with the three songs I got when I preordered."not saying this album is terrible but it lacks full on ear stimulation. All the songs you get with full album, to me seem like fillers. Not that I hate ambient synths(I love them) but when all the songs you get after preordering are all that besides 2 songs you become a little disappointed. This album is good and I want this band to continue making music, but I hope they put more in their albums/songs
