Why not the whole album?

This is one of the strongest scores Sondheim has written. Why is it that we can not buy the whole CD?

I refuse to buy this

DON'T PURCHASE THIS! It's a truncated version of the actual cd, and has been "cleaned" which I assume means censored. I will not be purchasing this album until I can purchase the uncensored, full album, and not by song, which jacks the album price way up.

Sondheim's favorite

Some reveiewers below say that this isn't a good version, but if you're a real musical theater enthusiast, you'll be interested to know that Sondheim said that in mounting THIS production in Leicester England the creative team "finally suceeded in fixing the show to our satisfaction." People get attached to songs they hear in the original album, but personally, I want to hear the version Sondheim said was ultimately the show he wanted to make.
