The Vines Have Returned

The Vines are a band that I support. Granted they are not my favorite band in the entire world but I listen to their music and respect Craig for continuing to write/perform music despite his Aspergers. So when I heard a double album was about to come out this September I waited for the first single to come out. Metal Zone is a good choice for the first single. I like the addition of the new members Lachlan West and Tim John. They have restored a sound to The Vines that has been missing since Vision Valley IMO. Craig especially plays quite well in this track as well. This song is the perfect baby of all their albums up to now. If the rest of the album sounds like this The Vines may be back indeed. Just one concern. Full scale touring? We shall see.

great new single

this band is so underrated. been a fan for a long time. new single grows and grows on me with each listen. cant wait for the full album!
