As an Army veteran and current member of a metropolitan fire dept. I have dealt with some stress in my life but never wanted to talk about it for fear of being labeled weak or "damaged". A counselor who is contracted by our dept spoke to some of us and mentioned this CD and that it was developed with the help of a combat vet. I ordered it and have been happy with the results. Once I got past the "I don't need this BS!" phase and really listened to it I was able to find the sense of relaxation that I was not finding in a bottle. If you keep an open mind which was hard for me to do at first it really works! I don't ever write reviews but if this can help anyone who has been deployed or is just stressed out I thought it would warrant my time. For all of you currently serving or who have recently ETS'd THANK YOU for everything you have done. While you hear it so much it becomes cliche I sincerely mean it!!!
