Passarim Redux

If any of you have been collecting jobim as myself, you recognize the style that Tom Jobim developed in his private studio and Polygram studio in Rio. The disc entitled passarim was a bit of a shock to the "early Verve" dics sounds, but it showed a more solid and more personal artist then did the " early Verve" series. This is a must for any Jobim lover and also shows a side of him that only makes us wish he'd lived another millenium! Modinha (Serenada No.5) and my all time favorite Chega de Saudades are only better as they linger. Get this one!!

Jobim....

A great collection 5 star worthy....Oh yeah baby! Dusty

Breathtaking

I remember as a kid, my parents playing beautiful music like this. These memories are some of the most cherished that I hold. Antonio has been a big part of my life. His music never ceases to inspire me with a feeling of great joy. Thank You Antonio and Thank You ITunes for carrying this beautiful and timeless music. Once you hear one album by Antonio, you don't want to stop there. it's never enough....LOL :)
