A nice snapshot of Susan's recent shows

This is a great memento of Susan's most recent tours, or if you haven't been lucky enough to see her with various iterations of her band, it is also a very fine compilation of her more recent materials. Trina Hamlin's harmonica adds much to many of these songs and the slower, more contemplative rendering of Barbed Wire Boys makes the original pale in comparison. Very much recommended!!

Susan Werner is the most talented singer songwriter of our generation. I have seen her many times over the years in Pennsylvania and she just gets more smart each time I see her. This disc is such a treat for anyone who has seen her live. Not since "Live at the Tin Angel" have I enjoyed a cd so much! I'll take Chicago anyday!!!!

Mer music is not only well performed but is extremely meaningful even when she is just playing around a little ditty. I highly recommend Susan's music for a daily dose of life.
