Customer Reviews

A bit lengthy, I know, but please read my "review."

carrolim5, OldLazyDawg, jakalis... This album is "Movin', THE EP." Look up "EP." Actually, let me. EP is an abbreviation for "Extended Play." That means it's too much to be considered a "Single" but not quite enough to be considered a full album. Originally, EPs were designed to be album samplers. A few songs representative of the whole. This would allow one to get an idea of what they were getting into without purchasing the complete, and by that measure more expensive album. Me? I look at the songs to see if I already have them before I buy an EP. Sometimes, I like the album soooo much, I'll even buy a later produced EP that has a few nice extras. Just for fun. NoCompromise, VanZion, DBorah... Think before you click. Make sure you know what you're talking about before you hit that submit button. You are so geared up to be so blatantly "religious" you've forgotten what it does to your outreach. It clouds judgement. It causes one to be short sighted. It makes you no better than than a Pharisee named Sha'ul. Remember him? The guy known for persecuting believers? Lost his sight for a while and got it back. Got something else, too. A new name. Paul. You say there's no God in the lyrics? Read: Bring the Party to Life We done traveled the world and havn't seen nothing better than Christ (sho you right) Movin' Your destiny is in your possession
How bad u want it is the question
We're on a mission a mission to bring you what you're missing no superstition this vision has intuition I get, irate take the whole cake when, you hate I levitate then, migrate to a mind state when,
he appropriates a new faith hey we came just to change the whole game and we aim to maintain iContact I felt your spirit hit me as I- walked in the room my heart was vexed what happened next I
felt, so so consumed, with every word you spoke to me I gave no reply, cuz I knew you wanted to
save me but I wouldn't comply, But you still (tried) I'm glad you did cuz now I can't wait to
spend my (life) within your arms a savior who has loved me more than (I) could ever ask or even
receive, you caught my eye when I learned that you died for me
Gimme That Funk I could never deny you inspire what comes outta this mic, I been down this road
before, a lil bit has changed and yet it still remains the same see the kick is the heartbeat
of man, the snare is the timing that keeps his order and plans, the hi hats sift back and forth
like life's ups and downs we ain't ready for but, thank god for the melody so sweet reminds me
where my heart should be. These lyrics, when looked at from the correct perspective, shout "BELIEVER SINGING HERE!" The lyrics are poetic. Soulful. The beat is driving. You want to move! This is the music of a Passionate! King David was sometimes viewed as a bit... overly energetic. "And David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod." 2 Samuel 6:14. Even his wife Michal was embarrassed. And yet, he was a "Man after God's own heart."

What is with the hating??...

I don't know what a couple of you are hearing but, not glorifying God? Moving towards a secular forum? God is present on this whole album!! Because a christian wants to get their "funk" on makes them less christian? Christians are human beings too, that also want to have a good time. Just because we want to have a good time doesn't mean we don't give the glory to God. It is rediculous how judemental some people can be...

From A Christian Rapper

Isn't Christian music about living life with God and having a great time while doing it? If it's not than I am not a good example of "ministry". I would rather NOT be labeled as "Christian" because I would rather reach the people who really need to learn about Jesus. Just because someone has a "more secular" song does not mean they are straying away from Christ, it means they are trying to relate to the secular world. Which, in my opinion, is what more people need to do. Remember- "It is not our job to bring the world to Christ, but Christ to the world". If you don't believe that go read a few more scriptures. Peace and God Bless
