Good recording

Excellent album. The "Music Box Dancer" is the best performance I have heard for this piece. The rag time is great too. Yet, I prefer Mr. Mills' music without vocals. I am glad that most of this album is instrumental. The world is a better place with Mr. Mills' music.

Fina Album

This is a great album featuring mainly instrumental music with a few songs like Henneddy's Island having a vocal component. All of the songs are good wiith tight piano playing and excellent melodies, but Poet and I and Music Box Dancer rise above the others.

Music Box Dancer

"Music" is a misnomer. Muzak Box Dancer is a more appropriate title. This is the kind of thing you would expect to hear in a Luby's Cafeteria or perhaps a dentist's office. If you have fond, nostalgiac memories of Lawrence Welk and his campy vaudeville acts, then perhaps this album is for you.

Although the Bells did perform some of his songs, Mills left for a solo career...
