Album Review

After years developing their sound, Los Angeles goth metal quartet Stitched Up Heart released their debut album Never Alone (Another Century Records) in the summer of 2016. Featuring brutally propulsive drumming, jagged riffs, and vocalist Alecia Demner's soaring vocals, Never Alone combines melody and aggression much like Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, and In This Moment. An updated version of their song "Finally Free" is included alongside the shimmering title track and the epic "Event Horizon." The LP debuted in the Top 10 of both the Billboard Heatseeker and Hard Rock charts. ~ Neil Z. Yeung, Rovi

Their second EP, Skeleton Key, followed two years later and ramped...
