Unbelievable songs!

Listening to these songs is like watching a chrysalis transform. "Rip It Up" rocks with Beth's vocals soaring above the hard distorted guitar work. Then, you hear the haunting and heartfelt longing of a damaged tentative heart in the very personal "All Yours." Where do these songs come from? At times I hear bits of Kate Bush and Paula Cole. Yet there is so much more texture and depth here. The lyrics are full of phrases that only a poet's vision and wordsmith ability could produce. How could this monster talent can exist in relative obscurity for 10 years without reaping the rewards that come easily to the front page no-talent pop stars is a felony crime against humanity! Beth's six albums are full of songs that other recording artists from all genres should be mining for gold. It is no wonder she has a string of awards from songwriters events and folk festivals across the country. She is more than just a girl from Texas she is "National Treasure" material.
