Album Review

Warick wraps lyrics with vocal tenderness, a quality he emanates freely. His up-beat manner defines his tunes in ways that make it very much like the slender pop pulse of today. That unifying approach gives his performances continuity while never making his material repetitive. While the songwriter continues to explore the themes of love, regret and loss in his lyrics, his music takes on an additional dimension working as a solo artist. Warick has developed a unique approach to performing that allows him to build a rich sound around his intimate lyrics. Warick is capable of turning the acoustic guitar from the smooth, blues to a loose, ebullient strum of grunge. Understated and restrained, his music is nonetheless fashioned with warmth and mood that does not dissipate as it spreads around a room.

Worth the purchase

This album has great sounds! I've heard it rumored that Warick is from New Jersey- does anyone know if that is true? Warick's lyrics can speak to you. I think the beats can be more powerful but the guitar work is mellow and can be listened to for hours on end. Each song is short, within 3 minutes and can leaves you wanting more. New Moon is a must have for any playlist. When the lead guitar steps in you can feel the emotion out of the instrument. From soft accoustic picking to the depth of an overdriven electric this has it all for any fan of true rock 'n roll. Are there any additional albums by this artist?
