Hallelujah hooplah

This is a rather bland and pendantic homage to the American composer John (no not Luther the, other one) Adams. If you are already a fan of him there is no need to get this disc and if you're looking to gleem something from the liner notes there is a whole book with the same title written by Adams. What is annoying are the excerpts. Nunesuch went through the trouble of issuing out a full length tribute to Reich some months back so I'm at a loss as to why they couldn't have done the same for Adams? This album seems like a back-handed compliment. At the very least they could have tossed us a bone and included a few exclusive tracks that we didn't already have. Just skip over this one.
