Another Great Album!

Never disappointed by their albums. Talented artists that give great experience with their music. They have great music that you will listen to over and over.

Yet another great record from ONE OK ROCK

"Zankyou Reference" is a solid follow-up to 2010's "Niche Syndrome" on all fronts. Sure, the record sounds a little bit more produced compared to everything they've done in the past, but it still manages to capture their energy at its full capacity. In my opinion, NS is still the better album, but they're both different. NS felt more in-your-face, and had a kind of "raise your fist in the air and rock out with all you got!" type of vibe to it, whereas in ZR, the same can be said about this album too, but there's no denying that this album is a bit more on the chill side. Not a bad thing by any means, as OOR always maintains their melodic rhythms in all facets. Needless to say, "Zankyou Reference" does NOT disappoint, and just like with NS, there is zero filler on this album too.

At this point, ONE OK ROCK has truly, finally, and flawlessly filled in the void left by ELLEGARDEN (unrelated, but another awesome indie punk J-rock band), after they broke up in 2008. OOR is here to stay, and their future is bright. I can't wait to see what's next!

Oh my gosh! About time!!

I love you guys! O_O
