Album Review

With many of their number one hits ("Necesito Decirte," "Algo de Mi," "Actos de un Tonto") pushed to the front of the set, Conjunto Primavera's entry in Universal's Íconos series is a bit lopsided, but it's really just a matter of the best and the best of the best being clumped together. Arguing about what is missing is easy ("Dime Dime Dime" isn't here), but choosing what to sacrifice is near impossible with that 25 Éxitos requirement on the cover. In the end, it's the veteran norteño band set done right, so choose bigger (perhaps Serie Diamante: 30 Super Exitos) or smaller (Las Numero Uno maybe) if this one isn't right-sized.
