frenzied punk disco -- it's not for everyone

If you love to dance (disco/electro) and you love punk rock ------ that leaves less than 5% of the population, you'll love Shy child. This frenzied punk disco sound is not for the faint "eared" listener. Perfect to listen to it lound in your punk disco frame of mind. Original anyway.

An awesome 80s throwback!

Don't believe the naysayers! Yes, this band and album isn't for everyone, but if you're a fan of 80s music (and I don't mean Debbie Gibson-Go Gos-Bryan Adams 80s, I mean Devo-Tones On Tail-Information Society 80s), this will feel like a visit from an old friend. Drop The Phone and Kick Drum are the album's strongest tracks, highly recommended for download if you just want a taste. Try something new, give Shy Child a shot!!!

Genius/Superior/Quality Musicianship/ Intelligent Music

Not only are shy child's tracks awesome, original (not to mention constantly ripped off by everyone), they still have that quality which makes me want to DANCE and have fun. Shy Child has been around for a long time, holding the door open for many other bands, and are beyond any crap 'flash in the pan' band like many leading ones today. I wish more people knew about this duo in the united states. A tremendous leap forward from their last album. I can't wait to see what they come up with next....
