relatable, catchy, touching, and beautifully-sung pop music
i absolutely loved this EP! the songs are all delightful -- catchy, touching, well-written, and just plain fun to listen to. "for now" is the album's lighter-waver, moving and inspirational, while songs like "girls like me" make you snap your fingers and bop yer head. "for forever", the last track, is particularly beautiful, so sweet and romantic, you could hear it in the closing scene of a movie. i'd recommend this EP particularly to people who love ingrid michaelson or sara bareilles, but marissa has a sound all her own which is what makes this so enjoyable to listen to, particularly her remarkable voice which is sweet and pure and clear. long story short: get it, you won't regret it!
