Great Album

This album is thoroughly listenable and enjoyable. I bought just a few songs to try and ended up getting the whole thing!

Wonderful Voice.

I first discovered Basia when listening to the CBC Radio 3 Podcast. I love that song and was thrilled to find the rest of the album was excellent as well. Basia's voice and the lyrics really convey the emotion and the story of the songs. I enjoy the songs "Snakes and Ladders," "In the Night", "Why Can't It Be Mine," and "La-Da-Da" the most.

Love her style/voice!

Please give "December" a try. I always like the tracks that don't get much attention, but this song blows me away. "Although your eyes were December, you had June in your heart"...
