EDITORS’ NOTES

The music accompanying Disney’s animated retelling of Aladdin and the Magic Lamp is lively yet meticulously put together, incorporating traditional Arabic music ideals into set pieces and tracks like the scheming “One Jump Ahead,” which features Brad Kane as the titular pauper. Lea Salonga’s Princess Jasmine offers up a wide-eyed innocence that plays off Kane’s knowing presence on the sparkling “A Whole New World”; Regina Belle and Peabo Bryson’s radio-ready rework of that ballad retains its wonder while adding lush synths.

I just want one song

I only want the Prince Ali song but I dont wanna buy the whole album just for it! Please sell all the songs sepratly iTunes, along with every CD you have! That would make us much happier!

The ONE song I want...

I want Prince Ali and I'm not going to spend 12$ just for that song! I was hoping I could get it because I'm the genie in Aladdin and I want to make sure I know the lyrics. iTunes may think they're gaining money by making the songs album only, but sadly iTunes, you're LOSING money buy doing this. Make all of the songs available to EVERYONE that way EVERYONE's happy, including you, because you will make more money by letting everyone enjoy the music!
Thanks, Molly (miley is my cousin)

One of my favs, but...

Itunes NEEDS to let people buy "Prince Ali" and "A Friend Like Me" as separate songs, like the REST of the album.
