Great Collection

Ive seen these guys live a couple times over the last year and just recently really got into them. Their full length Historical Fiction is really rad but this collection is simply amazing! Its not surprising that a collection of splits/7" stuff would be their best stuff bc that always seems to happen with punk rock bands!

Everything you've ever wanted on one disc.

Lauren Measure has one of the most distinctive vocal styles in the underground basement pop-punk scene. It’s appealing in a Chrissie Hynde with a frog in her throat sort of way. In any other genre this might not work, but when pressed against mid-paced, upbeat folk-punk it’s quite edgy. One Chapter in the Book is a collection of the band’s older tracks and a few covers that have been re-mastered with perfection to sound like they were all laid down in one session. This is the disc you reach for when you crave that quintessential 90’s Screeching Weasel sound, but your ears need something new.

The Measure [SA] mixed earnest yet spirited pop-punk with folk-punk influences and...
