Powerful debut

This is a powerful debut from a talented band. Every tune is a successful display of their clever mix of power and melody. David George on bass and Scott Henderson on drums provide a driving backdrop to every tune. Jake McCoy's vocals evoke images of Sully Erna and Scott Weiland, with his combination of power and melody, while staying true to his own style. Brien De Christopher's guitar seamlessly goes from crunching rhythms to catchy hooks, giving each tune it's own character and style. Some may compare Agents to other bands that have come before, but their style is their own, and it is like nothing else going on in rock right now. They have an energy that the listener can actually feel. If you're not "head bobbing" with this music, there's something wrong with you. My one and only complaint is that this EP leaves me desperately wanting more. Well done gentleman!

Agents Of Chaos BRING The Chaos To You

In all honesty, I don't even remember how I first heard of AOC .... if I recall correctly I found them randomly on Facebook while trying to find local Seattle bands I could photograph to add new live concert photographs to my portfolio. I though it was going to be another local metal band. I was indeed wrong. As I went to one of their shows and got my camera gear ready, I rasied my camera ready to fire the shutter and was immediately blown away by the talent displayed by Agents Of Choas! You could make comparisons to other bands like local favorites Alice In Chains or California's own Stone Temple Pilots until 'Judgment Day' but these guys have a unique and original sound rooted in metal all their own. I personally find the fact that this band is not more well-known perplexing. With Jake McCoy's skilled vocals, the bass attacks of David George, the guitar stylings of Brien DeChristopher, and Scott Henderson on drums .. 'Agents Of Chaos' will convert you to being a metal fan wihout you even realizing it and if you already are a metal fan, it will leave you craving more!

Great Seattle Sound!

I would have to say ditto to John's post. There really is not a dud on the album. Their sound stands on it's own like Mt. Rainer and also fits with what is going on in the Seattle scene now. From the heavy hitting drums from Scott and the killer bass from Dave that hit you square in the sternum. To Brien's ear spitting riffs on guitar. Then Jake's haunting vocals. These guys have put together a small 5 song sample of what I can only imagine will leave you wanting more. I cannot wait for the follow up and whatever comes next!!!
