PORCELAIN BLACK RETURNED!!!!
TRAINWRECKS Are you ready? AFTER WAITING SO LONG I DO NOT BELIEVE MY PORCELAIN BACK!!!!! I AM VERY EAGER TO ALBUM!!! PORCELAIN LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!!!
Infectious and dazzling blend of pop, rap, and rock
"I'm on the battlefield, like, oh my god! Knocking soldiers down like house of cards" -- "One Woman Army's" refrain likely resonants through your skull repeatedly with its infectious and sugary ear worm. The motifs of battles and soldiers lend to the "Army" theme. When she says "soldiers" does she mean warriors, or she channeling the Destiny Child notion of "soldier", meaning a "thug dude". Either way, this song flawless combines elements of industrial metal al la Nine Inch Nails, with a bit of Ke$ha-inspired pop-rap, and a dazzingly europop, Latin dance beat that puts all four-to-the-floor. With a redone bridge and the omission of the controversial, zeitgeisty mentions of "Gangnam Style", Red-One has outdone himself with another sleek production that is likely to be a constant bop for me, and an unquestionably strong club anthem.
A great reintroduction, but I’m hoping for more.
This is a great song, and she improved it from the live version, but it’s a little too generic for it to be AMAZING. I hope that her album is more industrial and full of edgier pop than this.
