I've been waiting for itunes to get this forever---this is my FAVORITE release from Julianna---the opening track is one of her finest moments, and OUTSIDER is a haunting yet beautiful song that refuses to leave my head even after 13 years since first hearing it. A definite lost classic.

One Of Her Best

This was supposed to be Juliana Hatfield's big commercial breakthrough, but it just didn't happen that way. Too bad, since this is a great, every-song-is-good, album. Juliana's unique mix of crunchy music and almost fragile vocals is at its apex here. Several songs, such as Bottles And Flowers and You Blues are haunting and pretty in equal measure. Her skillful use of sarcastic humor comes across on such songs as Ok OK and Dumb Fun. If you are a fan of the whole mid-nineties "Chick Rock" (not quite riot grrl) genre, this album is for you.

Oh Juliana

A great album! Her lyrics are often biting, yet her melodies are undeniably pop! I love it when she rocks out on tracks like "What a Life" and "Universal Heart-Beat." iTunes needs to post her videos!
