Although not quite a classic as their debut Enta Da Stage, this is still a very solid album from Black Moon. Real hip hop heads know about this ish right here!

Solid

Although not a classic like Enta da Stage, Warzone has its share of bangers on it. I highly recommend this album if you are a fan of Black Moon, the Boot Camp Click, or good nineties hip hop in general. Note that this album came out during the wave of commercial hip-hop releases that were saturating the record stores throughout that era in hip hop.

Sophomore jinx?

Many can argue that this album is no where near being great as their debut album "Enta Da Stage" Its still a great album.

They didn't gain as much critical hype as other acts in the independent rap scene (perhaps due to a laid-back release schedule), but Black Moon has been one of its better acts. Buckshot, 5Ft, and DJ Evil Dee debuted in 1993 with Enta da Stage, an excellent album with plenty of old-school vibes on singles like "How Many Emcees" and "Who Got the Props."
