Little Pink / Mary Batiatta

Exquisite songwriting, nuanced, intelligent musicianship. Mary Batiatta's voice is a fine-edged thing, seemingly on the verge of breaking into pieces as she sings of love, life, joy and loss. Every song feels intensely personal, but finds universal ground. Give this one half a chance to sink in a bit and you will be hooked. Fortunately, there's more---their album "Cul-de-sac Cowgirl" is also available on iTunes. Beautiful stuff.
