Customer Reviews

Hate him for whatever you want but not because he can't sing...

I'm only writing this review because of the one that accused him of using auto-tune. As someone who knows the workings of Pro-Tools and the recording process it's easy for me to hear when a voice has been tampered with and, while every song, no matter who you are, gets tweaked, it's easy to hear the ones that required a lot of tweaking. They sound like the vocals have gone through a beltsander. With modern technology anyone can be made listenable on record but no ammount of post production can add deapth to a voice. Nick Lachey (and 98 Degrees for thjat matter) were the one boy band, if I had to pick one, that had tallent beyoind tallent. YouTube them, it's easy to see they NEVER lipsynced because they didn't need to. They assembled themselves as an acapella group and they were essentially a barbershop quartet, consisting of the four major voice parts. Hell, their label was Motown! The second all white group to ever sign to the label. All I'm saying is that you can hate him for whatever you want but NOT because he can't sing... yes some of the songs are cheesy and he beats one formula over the head pretty rellentlessly but he can sure as hell sing.

It's Great.

This song is so great because it is very relateable. His vocals are amazing...then again when are they not amazing? This is a great song, and is worded perfectly.

Another great song from Nick Lachey.

Give it a rest people! All these negative comments and for what? This song is far from boring. The lyrics are powerful, his vocals are beautiful and on point throughout the entire song. Nick is a breath of fresh air in a world of mindless rap songs with no real meaning behind them. The music buisness needs more guys like Nick, a guy who can put everything he has into what music should be about, his SINGING. I'd give this song 100 stars if I could, I support Nick that much. So glad to see him back with another song, can't wait to see what else 2008 has in store for him! <3

As the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC redefined pop music for the masses upon the closing of the 1990s, 98° were also making girls scream and swoon with their darling good looks and delightsome harmonies. Fronting the vocal group was the svelte charmer Nick Lachey. This onetime sports medicine major was a bona fide star thanks to his sensitive performance style, thus a career in Hollywood seemed destined for Lachey. Born Nicholas Scott Lachey on the border of Kentucky and Tennessee in fall 1973, he...
