Mighty awesome

While the Toccata Festiva alone is worth the price of the album, the Saint-Saens is powerful, majestic, and the musicians are at their finest. Add to that the fact they are all live recordings and it is just spectacular. Whatever difficulties the orchestra and Eschenbach had are not evident here.
